NOTE: This is only for players in grades 1-8. Kindergarten tee-ball registration is done via a sheet of paper sent home from school.

ALTERNATE METHOD = pay via check. If you choose this option, directions and a mailing address can be found at the end of the PLAYER registration form linked above (orange button).
No child will be turned away due to financial hardship. To claim financial hardship, complete only steps #1 and #2 above, then email playballminster@gmail.com. Be sure to include the names of all children in your email.
